- independent responsibility: startups function as autonomous entities accountable for their decisions, actions, and adherence to the laws, regulations, and market standards in their respective operational countries and any additional markets they aim to enter. while tpas offeradvice and assistance, they do not bear liability for the operational, financial, or legal facets of startups
- NO GUARANTEE OF INVESTMENT: ENGAGING WITH TPAS DOES NOT ASSURE THAT STARTUPS WILL SECURE INVESTMENT, FINANCIAL SUPPORT, OR INVESTMENTOPPORTUNITIES. TPAS DO NOT MAKE FINANCIAL COMMITMENTS ON BEHALF OF STARTUPS OR ENSURE ACCESS TO INVESTORS.
- compliance with laws and regulations: startups must conduct their operations in strict conformity with all applicable local, national, andinternational laws and regulations. tpas shall not be held responsible for legal consequences resulting from non-compliance by startups.
- insurance and risk management: startups are responsible for obtaining suitable insurance coverage and managing risks associated with theirbusiness activities. tpas shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or liability incurred by startups.
- market and business strategy: while tpas offer advice and expertise in business strategy, the execution of strategies and business decisions liesultimately with startups. tpas shall not be accountable for the outcomes of startups' strategies or business decisions.
- confidentiality: tpas are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared by startups duringthe engagement.
- limitation of liability: to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tpas shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from or relatedtostartups' engagement with tpas or the use of their services.
